Booking times are 10:30am or 3:30pm Mon-Sat & 10:30am on Sunday. To book after 3:30pm will be an extra $25 if available.STYLES CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE AT THE APPOINTMENT. THIS CAN BE DONE UP TO 48hrs BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT ON YOUR BOOKING EMAIL.SMALL BRAIDS CAN ONLY BOOKED FOR 10:30am & Sundays.Arrangements can be made only if available and approved by me first! If we schedule a custom time,please understand that is your new arrival time,not the previous booked time and I will still need to be made aware if you need more time to arrive.Thank you
All services require $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book,and goes towards the total balance.$2 Transaction Fee does not go towards the remaining balance. Remaining balance is DUE IN EXACT CASH ONLY. NO OTHER PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.

Please notify me en route if you will be more than 5 minutes behind.PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU ARRIVE.Your appointment will be canceled.I am very understanding and flexible.Please just communicate.If you need to reschedule, please let me know prior to the appointment time.If more than 15minutes have passed and you have not notified me that you need to reschedule,your appointment will be considered a no call/no show.All rescheduled appointments must be made for the future date within 48hrs or you will need to make a new deposit.

*Hair is included for all braids,soft locs & twists/twist styles, so please be sure to select the color add-on. If a color that you would like is not on the add-on, please let me know the colors you would like ON THE DAY YOU BOOK. If you do not tell me your colors in a timely fashion, the only colors available on your appointment day will be:

*All hair MUST be wash/dried/and fully detangled. If you need tips on how to detangle, please contact me!Please understand, that lack of attention towards detangling causes, unnecessary tension before styling, but also may lead to someone else’s appointment to be pushed back.
There will be an extra $25 detangling fee for any client whose hair is matted/overly un-detangled!
***PLEASE NOTE THAT MIDBACK BOXBRAIDS/KNOTLESS STYLES ARE DONE WITH 42” PRESTRETCHED HAIR AND MAY SEEM LONGER TO CERTAIN CLIENTS.THIS IS THE ONLY HAIR THAT I HAVE EVER USED TO ACHIEVE THE MIDBACK LOOK,AND THIS HAIR CANNOT BE CUT ONCE INSTALLED.IF YOU FEEL THAT THIS WILL STILL BE LONGER THAN YOU WOULD LIKE,PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME BEFORE BOOKING APPOINTMENT SO THAT I MAY NOTE TO USE KIDS LENGTH BRAID HAIR FOR YOU,OTHERWISE,THE ORIGINAL 42” BRAIDING HAIR IS WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE.

*If you are getting dropped off or dropping a kid off, please make sure that your/their ride, is back 20 minutes BEFORE we are done.
*If you bring food, please clean up after yourself.
*Please feed all kids before their appointment time, although snacking is allowed, the meals tend to be a distraction from the appointments resulting in stopping and unnecessary movement.

House Calls & Travel Dates are NOT available to book at this time but will resume.Please follow for updates! The Travel Dates Are Available for Tuesdays & Thursdays,if available on the calendar! Please understand that these are designated days for travel and any other accommodated day may result in extra fees.This option is not on the site and MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH ME! You may inbox via social media,or TXT the contact number listed at the bottom of the page! All inquiries will be responded in a timely fashion.Travel/House Call fee deposits are that of the travel cost and must be paid upon booking via CashApp/ApplePay to secure the date.Remaining balance is due in exact cash only.All work areas must be CLEAN and SMOKE free.If this is too much then this appointment is not for you,and you do not have to book,but I cannot work under those conditions 🙏🏾
